eebet reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be suspended or permanently closed, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access games and services on eebet, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. eebet will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify eebet support immediately. We recommend using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with any other person. You agree not to allow any other person to use your account.

- You will not transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through any communication feature on the platform.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and potential legal action depending on the severity of the breach.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on eebet are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance and can be used to participate in available games and services. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the terms outlined on the Withdrawal page, including applicable verification requirements and processing timelines.
You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made from payment methods registered in your own name. eebet does not accept third-party payments. Any funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources may be withheld pending investigation.
eebet does not guarantee that any particular game or activity will result in a financial return. Gaming involves risk, and you should only deposit funds you can afford to lose. The platform does not offer credit or loans of any kind.

All content on the eebet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, and software, is the property of eebet or its content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms

eebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these terms, violation of applicable law, or failure to meet identity verification requirements. In such cases, eebet may withhold account balances pending investigation and is not obligated to provide advance notice.
